HS-CLOCK
is a fully galvanised for appearance, multi-purpose steel system scaffold for all access, shoring and supporting vertical loads.
Unique node points which can lock up to four components in one easy hammer blow provide a wider range of applications.Node points are spaced on all standards at 500mm intervals to ensure that correct working lifts can be provided and handrails are positioned at the correct height.Four components are secured in one action ensuring the system is faster to erect than traditional methods .

Standard:
These items form the vertical members of the scaffold and are made from 48.3 diameter x3.2mm thick high grade steel Tube .They incorporate a fixed bottom cup which is welded at 50mm untervals, with a capative moving top cup that can secure up to four components .These cups are the fixing points for the ledgers ,transoms and ancillary items .The location of the bottom cup , 80mm from the base of the standard ,improves the setructures strength and reduces the need for base-bracing in support structures .At the top of the standards ,there is a 150mm spigot that allows the vertical connection of further standards ,allowing the placement of universal jacks with various support components ,At the bottom and top of each standard , there is a corresponding drilled hole to allow tow standards to be botted together.
Horizontals( Ledgers and Brace ):
These are horizontal members that form the ledgers and structureal transoms of the system .They incorporate symmertical forged blade ends that allow ledgers and transoms to be completely interchangeable and qucik to assemble .Horizontals locate into the cups of the standard to form the basic bay sizes .Can also be used as a guardrail .
Swivel Face Brace
:
These forms the face bracing of the scaffold .Brace
comes in different lengths to suit combined bay sizes and lift heights .Each end has a forged swivel blade ,which allows for easy loication within the node joint
Intermediate Transom:
The unit is designed to provide a safe mid-bay support for 38mm scaffold boards. One end is provided with an integral locking device to prevent movement along the horizontal during use.

Our Up Bracket is engineered to expand the working platform width from five to an impressive seven or eight boards. This innovative design supports additional boards beyond the scaffold's inner face, providing increased workspace. It features a cup to secure an additional inside ledger, seamlessly linking adjacent hop-up brackets to prevent any movement and support intermediate transoms efficiently. For added safety, it includes a location point for a handrail post if needed.
RETURN DEVICE
Essential for creating a 90-degree return bay, this component must be used in pairs. It features a blade for secure attachment into the cup on the standard and a hook section that fits perfectly over the ledger of the return bay.
INSIDE BOARD TRANSOM
Provides essential support when inside boards are required, eliminating the need for intermediate transoms.
Omega Transom:
This uniquely designed T-section offers a sturdy seat for steel stages or timber battens, ensuring stability and ease of use.
Fits seamlessly between the standards to form lateral spacing and robustly support platform battens.
OMEGA RETURN TRANSOM
Perfect for creating a 90-degree corner, this unit fits between a pair of standards and over the ledger of the adjacent scaffold to form a return bay. It includes a conventional Omega section on the other side to securely receive timber or steel battens.
OMEGA single BOARD SUPPORT
Designed to be located at the standard, it provides reliable support for a single inside batten.
OMEGA HOP-UP BRACKET
Our Omega Hop-Up Bracket is crafted to expand your working platform width from five to seven or eight battens.
